1. Design consultation & concept

Then we produce a concept of the pond shape, depth, rockwork, and planting so you approve the design before we dig.
2. Excavation, liner & plumbing
We excavate the pond profile with shelves for plants and depth for fish, lay protective underlayment and professional-grade EPDM liner, install the biological filter, skimmer, and correctly-sized pump, and plumb the circulation loop. Drainage and any required permits handled by us.
3. Rockwork, planting & startup
Our crew hand-sets boulders and gravel to hide the liner and build the naturalistic edge, plants the marginal and aquatic plants, fills and dechlorinates the water, doses beneficial bacteria, and runs the system in. We walk you through operation and hand over a simple maintenance schedule.

Custom pond pricing varies with size, depth, rockwork, and filtration. The number depends on:
- Size and depth. A small 6'×8' water garden is the entry point. Mid-sized ecosystem ponds are the most common. Large koi ponds and water gardens with streams scale up from there.
- Rockwork. The volume of boulder and gravel — and how naturalistic the stone-setting is — is often the biggest single line item. Hand-set boulder waterfalls cost more than a simple gravel edge.
- Filtration and pump. Fish ponds need more filtration and turnover than ornamental ponds. Larger volumes need larger, more efficient pumps.
